made an rss feed... how do I?

ok, so I made a real basic rss feed that I want to show on my own site... giving me fresh content (made from my own articles). I found a step by step on how to make it and get it validated... but now how do I place it on my site? I haev got the file on my server but how do I get it to show up on my page and how do I get it to refresh etc? BTW my server only is html compatible... can I still use it? I am lost again!

You should be able to use it no problem I've put together a video tutorial to show you exactly how to put it up on your site as .html Go through the steps there... and you should be set -

I can't load any php files to my server... my host only supports html... which is why I am having so much trouble!... so I don't think this will work for me

 

Off topic: Just thought I'd let you know that that page doesn't really work in FireFox.

 

Mel~ What kind of server are you using?

Shamess~ Doesn't work in FF for you? That's all I use, and it works fine for me on 4 different machines.... Have you updated lately?

Oh sorry about that... It's working fine now. It must not have loaded properly last time I looked ^^;;

 

I don't know the answer to this... sorry I am rather new to this- all I know is my host doesn't support php and when I tried to load the file it rejected the php file
