What if she's an ugly girl? Joking of course! And not all girls are bitches! I'd recommend an online work if you're a shy person, this way you don't communicate a lot. Well you do, but you don't "talk" as much as you'd do in a store for instance.
Trying learning all you can on this forum and then start helping the newbies that will help with shyness. Get a blog and try smorty.
You should work as a salesperson. No kidding. It will be scary the first month, but at the end you end up being brave. Sales is the best way to kick shyness out of somebody. I tell this out of my own experience
