    Do not provide a link and then ask questions. Try writing your short points and then if you like, provide the link. Using the Google Webmaster Tools can be great.

    When Searche Engines find lot of backlinks of your site, than you are
    faster indexed. Use Sitemaps too.

    create a google webmaster account and upload a sitemap. also link to other webpages within your site other than just your main index page, as this will help google to get it spidered and indexed more quickly

    Talking about quality back links, it tackles about relevancy.. Google gives more weight on relevant sites compared to irrelevant and NoFollow sites..
