It seems that the buyer did a chargeback??
    Was the buyer from DP?

And your Paypal is in negative balance with $260?
    Just talk to your buyer.

That indicated you scammed by buyer.
You can't get your money back if your buyer not provide address.

First contact or see your paypal payment carefully... is the allegation is of dispute or unauthorized payment - because both have a different meaning... first let all know what allegation paypal has put on your transaction...?

in this case, you will need to have some proof of prior communication with the buyer. anything will do so long as you can prove that the buyer indeed did ask for, and received, the said digital products.
you should email PP by clicking the "contact us" button at the bottom. they will get back to you in 2-3 days. good luck :)

The buyer seems to have scammed you since he must be aware that such services have no proof to back it up. I suggest you to approach Paypal and show them the proof of your conversation with him.
Hopefully, Paypal have observed enough such cases to realize the mis-use of their system by such buyers and take your side!

    it is possible that
    a) the payment was automatically deemed unauthorized by paypal. this could happen if they buyer's account sent out too many small payments or something. in such a case the buyer can manually authorize the payment.
    b) the buyer lodged an "unauthorized payment" claim

I think the buyer only lodged claim on it.
I think OP needs to talk to buyer.
And didn't he talked till now??
Talk to him as soon as possible and do tell us also that who is he?

It's very difficult to have money back since you trade goods on internet but you could try to contact paypal about this issue.

I don't think you can get back your $$$ coz PP don't support virtual item such as article sales.
Anyway, you can try your luck by open a dispute and then sent the log to paypal.

i don't think it is about PayPal supporting, or encouraging, sale of digital goods. the problem here is that it is difficult to give proof that the item was indeed delivered.
for real goods we can show a shipping proof, but what can we do for digital transactions? there is a lot of scope for improvement on the internet ;)

@OP: going by what u say, it seems the payment was manually reversed by the buyer. if u have any emails or other form of exchanges, send them all to PayPal. that should impliated him. if you don't, i am afraid there is not much you can do except maybe give an emotional speech to the buyer and convince him to pay you.

Well after selling me 5 health articles for a blog of which two I cannot use (advises to beat asthma by injecting steroids, can just imagine the comeback on that one) I am left wondering was the other person unhappy with your quality?

I requested a refund on mine, you replied NO. I requested a replacement you said yes for an extra $8 (your customer service skills really need brushing up on). I only said I would take a replacement two as a goodwill gesture, I could easily apply for a refund as I used my Visa card and you delivered goods not fit for the purpose.

So when I advise you of this you agree to send the other two but say it is going to take 24 hours to zip them up and email them?? You already have them advertised for sale so why does this take 24 hours????

So far I am several hours down of trying to sort this out with you and umpteen private messages back and forth. I feel sorry if you have been scammed but that is how I am feeling about the quality you have provided to me and your reluctance to sort my issue out!!
