This topic is getting carried away and I would like it if a moderator could close this topic. Everyones spoken there peace and theres no point in carrying it on. You agreed to give the the next couple of days to finish it. I said wednesday night the lastest and you emailed me and told me by the weekend. If I can the job will be finished tomorrow and I wont have to worry about it any more. I already told you the other half of the payment is on me no worries. I even mentioned in a pm I would throw in some extra comments free of charge but you didn't reply to that either. I feel this topic is best closed.
You are blaming me that you Pm'd me from DP and sent me emails from Live.com account whereas i didnt get any email or PM. It's my duty to request moderators to close this thread once the job is done.

This thread has started yesterday not today. Your response was only after i posted this thread and sent you final notice before i was going to raise dispute In paypal. If you want to clear your name just complete my job and other persons too. I will request closing of this thread once the job is complete.
The thread may have been posted yesterday and I can show you screen shots of the pms sent before the time of this thread if you want as well. I'm going to do the job I just don't like being called a fake when you keep saying you got no pms and emails when I have the proof with times and dates that were dated as much as 3 days ago. So once the jobs done I'd like a complete apology since I keep getting slandered here with the obvious proof of contact on my behalf.
Moderators please close this thread as we have reached a negotiation. After reading the email and talking to this member I found that he had some problems due to which he couldn't contact me and couldn't complete my job in time.

Oh friends, I too had few problems with the delay of PM's delivery here in DP. That might be because of the heavy traffic here in DP. I wonder why you guys are going for emails and PMs even though we got the option of instant messengers. Any how I believe everything is fine now.
There was a little delay in PM 4-5 days ago, but everything is fine now. Use PM to solve this issue, @gamer u can refund him to solve this or complete the work, stop posting here and go do the work brother.
Just to add my recent experience with Game316. I purchased 2 different forum posting packages from him for a total of 10000 posts with an agreement that I agreed to pay $66 usd up front and the remainder when 3000 posts have been finished. I was happy at first because his posts are of a higher quality and he is very good at getting back to me. However, within the last week the posts stop and at last count I have less than 100 posts done by him. Last night, I logged on and saw this tread and pm him about it. He got back to me right away stating that he had switch Isp and had encounter some problems with it. He ask me to give him until Sunday to make. He has pmed me stating that if the job is not finish by Sunday he will give me a 100% refund. I have NOT concluded that he is a scammer. I am still willing to do business with him. I will post a update on Sunday as to what happens. Although, 1400 posts from now until Sunday is a lot. I wish him the best, maybe he did encounter some real problems. I read this thread and notice that the comments were negative against the thread starter and someone even stated not to post this kind of thread. I disagreed. We are all trying to run a business either online or offline and we are all here to share info, the good and the bad. If someone like the thread starter can't make a thread to warn others about what happened to him, then what's the point of having a forum. To Mr. Tim ( Gamer316) I hope you get everything worked out on your end because we definitely need good news and good service providers on DP. I hope to be able to refer you more business, but if you can not finish your end of an agreement than you should just return the money. It will pay off more in the long run because negative press travels fast online. Good luck
After talking to him i felt bad about this poor guy he really was in mess and somehow couldn't respond back to me. Delayed messaging from DP added to it. I don't want to damage his reputation as his past record has been excellent I request moderators to close this thread and i thank all the DP members who posted on this thread. It proves that DP is a really safe and effective forum and active participation of DP members makes buyers and service providers proud.
Update:It is Sunday afternoon my time and in the states it is Sat. night. I wanted to update everyone that I did received an email from gamer316 yesterday stating that he would get at least half of the project done by Sunday ( less than 24 hours away. He still needs to make a lot of posts and I feel that he will not be able to do it on time. He did state in his last email that his wife had a miscarriage and that he is comforting her at the moment, and asked me to bear with him. I will update further.
