I paid this guy $10 advance. He didn't report yet

    I paid this DP member @Gamer316 $10 in advance for blog commenting service. Turn around time was 2 days. It has been over a week now with no trace of him. He is not replying my email or DP messages. He is currently active in DP posting new offers etc. What should i do now. Should i take it as cheating or wait more.

    Yea, I guess you should wait a bit longer 2 more days or so. I think there is something fishy. If your turn around times was 2 days, then i was only ethical for him to give feedback on the job!

    he has 1 bad itrade give him one more and people will thing twice befor dealing with him also ask paypal to give you your money back

    He's applying for another job as I've seen in his last post. Didn't you get any update from him until now? Well, try to contact him again. If he still ignore your message, ask for a refund (if possible -- i think so).

    Tips: Don't be deceived by people who have lots of positive itraders. Not all of them are reliable. Lastly, try not to give an advance payment to your worker Require them to finish at least 25% of the total work in order to receive a payment from you. I believe that would be fair for both parties. Otherwise, if you're offering $$$ deal (like programming or any related works). Of course, it is reasonable for them to ask an advance payment from you.

    I would suggest you try to contact him first via PM and email, and messenger.

    Give him a couple of days.

    If he does not reply, open a dispute with PP, and I am sure hi will respond to you.

    last time pm or email him and warn him if still no replies them you can leave a negetive itrader and open a dispute in pp and you can even post this in his thread so other people will see and they will also ask him to solve it out

    I sent him email some 4 days back and a message too from DP. He didn't reply. I sent him an email today and a message from DP but no response yet.

    How can he do so. I paid him $10 in advance he said he will take two days to complete the job. After 3-4 days he sent me a part of work (10%) which was not as per our agreement since then there is no track of him. I sent him email and message from DP but no response. However he is active on DP he has even posted replies yesterday on DP.

    I didn't receive any update from him yet. Thank God I have paid him after receiving an invoice from him from paypal That surely makes me eligible to open a dispute.

    Well now that I found this post I can defend myself! I have 5 pms in my sent folder that are adressed to you in the past 5-6 days. I have emailed you via msn. I have pm'd you twice today and emailed you twice using google and msn. You are not responding to me. Remember my email will show up as ! I did agree to two day I will not lie I am honest! I switeched isp providers because the other one was dropping me all the time. I switched from sprint broadband to att dsl. att was supposed to install me but didn't I had to wait two days for a new install date got that they didn't install again and finally did install on saturday. I contacted you during that time when I walked 10 miles to the nearest wifi and informed you I have other clients that can back me up on this claim as they got the same pms and emails. So if you would kindly check your pms and or emails again.

    As an advice, Don't make any threads regarding these kind of issues in service forum. You better to try it via Pm and emails. I know you spent money to get a service. But service provider may get some difficulties. Actually blog commenting is too hard than others. I know it.

    Exactly I hate it that now I have to work triple the effort to get people to hire me now because of a unforeseen incident. I have tried to keep this issue amongst us.

    The intention of posting of this thread was to keep DP a safe forum and stop future Fraud. I didn't get any response from this member despite many emails and PM's although the member was actively posting new projects. I got response from other DP members too who are victims of this member too they advised me to file joint complaint. It's our duty to keep DP members aware of any frauds

    I think you should defend yourself by completing my job and the other people's job that didn't get your emails and PM's too. Why are you blaming me, even they have already raised dispute.

    I'm not blaming you for anything. We just talked via email 20 mins ago and you were cool with the delay now your suddenly back to me being a horrible person. As mentioned in your email the job will be complete. I have only one other complaint but that was taken care of personally. I didnt work hard to get the itraders I have to purposely ruin myself. The delay was unforeseen and is getting fixed. Its currently 1 am and I have been working with my staff to fix the delays right now. Everyones jobs will be completed and taken care of.
