Matt Cutts recently said the two departments do not share data, so another words he's says "no". However, I wish they would. I think bounce rate should be a factor in the serps. It's up to us if we should believe him or not. I believe 90% of what he says. Check Out This You Tube Video for his answer
IMHO, I think google tracks things like bounce rates, pages viewed, etc. as part of the secret sauce. However, they don't make a big difference. Basic on page SEO and links still count for almost everything.
