Just fed up

    I am just fed up with every part of my life, and finally today i do not understand what to do

    Hi Ellen

    I've came to such point a lot of times in my life but I usually try to relax for half an hour and when I get back I see new comments,posts on forums etc...
    That will give me new stuff to do.
    Also if you are an internet marketer you can try to optimize your campaigns or write new articles,etc...

    Go for a long walk in the country side.

    Walk and walk and walk. Until you're too tired to keep on.

    Then find a nice warm spot to spend the night. Between trees.

    Sleep there, wake up cold in the morning. Sit. Smell the fresh air.

    Walk home and take a hot shower.

    You will feel 500% better.

    I agree.

    If you don't feel like doing any of that, I would suggest putting on your favorite music, start up the shower and get soaked, and after that, go for a jog while listening to some beautiful classical music. Then look at yourself in the mirror for a few minutes and recite some of your favorite sayings or quotes. Personally after that I would search for thunderstorm videos on youtube becuase they are beautiful...and then...Feel good and enjoy the fun/struggles of the day.:):):)

    It happens. Just take a different route than the usual one. if that route turns out easy then well and good. If not then you'll understand that there are lot more difficulties in life than you think.

    I'm having those days time to time as well.
    I usually take a drive, then a short walk, then take a bath and after that I eat ice cream and watch TV shows/Anime that I downloaded but never had a time to watch.
    And make sure that you force yourself to meet people even though you don't feel like it. Don't plan anything and just do it. Small surprises are always fun.

    Forget every single comment in this thread, you have to deal with the problem, get it resolved and out of the way. If you haven't it'll only come back tomorrow, and the day after that. Until you're doing what most people do, avoid it, run away from it, and watch it grow until they can't deal with it and must turn towards a substance like alcohol to strengthen their distance. I say deal with the problem now, and then take a break.
