Yes sure we can create 2 lens & you need to Pay $6. However you can pay the amount after the lens is created. No Need to pay in advance.

I will give you the squdioo account login info & the email account login info. You have to transfer it on your own..as per my knowledge transferring account takes just 2 to 4 minutes.
