probably he/she is from Indonesia, Asia.
he/she is using a smiley from popular Indonesia forum.

 

It's a fraud.

 

even i have have fist time seen such user,

i think either he can tell the reason of the or the amain of DP.

 

Strange things are happening on DP and I doubt such user name with just spaces would be allowed to exist on DP, simply because how does one address to him/her in the conversation? The person though existing in the true sense, is just invincible to the naked eye
