    Update- Dhoni apologizes to the fans for putting up such a poor performance in London. And Media people have started debating whether MSD needs to stay as the captain or not.

    Huh ??? The first time people are getting a chance to even voice against Dhoni....

    Dhoni promotes himself to bat in one match, and you criticize him of disturbing Raina's batting position.
    Dhoni then settles with the usual batting order, and you criticize him for not coming upfront.

    What are you speaking about? No body here is complaining about Dhoni promoting himself or down the order. The problem lies in his tactics. He had made several blunders in the entire series. Even in the depth overs, he did not try to slog the overs. I could see him lifting the bat only in the last over. If he had started slogging at least in the 18th over, India could have easily won the match.

    Yousuf did well to keep the chase in tact. But what the f**k dhoni was doing until the last over? A totally lacklustre performance from the team leader and his boys.

    The way the match was played, it does raise a doubt as to why the game was played, the way it was played.
    Even though it was a crucial game, team India had preferred to skip the net practice session and instead were busy shopping as if they had known those were their last days in England! :(

    You are not aware of the money involved and particularly since everybody expected India to beat England and continue their hope for a semifinal berth, there would have been huge bets on this particular game too!

    Anyways, I feel sorry for the event sponsors as the tournament has lost a lot of eyeballs from India! :eek:
    And not to forget the golden opportunity lost by Star Cricket to book last minute ad spots at huge premium for finals if India would have been there!

    Its easy to be talking all that sitting here....

    A couple of weeks before, Yuvraj and Co were helpless when they played CSK and had to face Surresh Raina.

    There is no use in trying to slog a good line yorker delivery....

    Its just too complicated for the Indian cricket fan to understand these things...

    Now, burning the effigies of Dhoni is just too much...


    People need to understand that it is a game of cricket. :eek:
