So, i made a blog in blogspot.I think , it become a nice one.
My question is, shall i buy a domain for this blog?

There is a lot of good information on the site, I don't know much of anything about Bulgaria and you have opened my eyes,

I would suggest buying a unique URL, but if you do I would also suggest a different background in the design. It almost seems a tad bit Dracula'ish to me (in my opinion) and you would do better with something more in the realm of what portrays Bulgaria in the best light, because believe it or not you are an ambassador of your country to me and first impressions leave a lasting impression..

And also if you build it in the future please leave off the Adsense unless you don't mind losing people to other vacation websites and such. It sorta lowers the value of the website in my opinion.

But all, in all you have done a bang up good job!

The blog is fine and the header image with graphics or flash impressed me a lot.Good color schemes and the background image is not much suited with template.
