dont worry...i will give the details of rounds i attended within some time...

got held up with some other work...could not hold onto my excitement....hence i created that initial blog....

I don't think so that google will hire SEO.
Need Suggestions

 

Good luck to you Deepak. I attended Google University last year and it was great.

 

I also dont think that google will go SEO. They are more interested in hiring people for Adwords and also product managers who will be dealing in vertical topics. If you look at the postings in google careers section, next to programmers, most in demand is in sales and marketing.

Also isn't time for SEO people to get into SEM...(I guess many people have already got into it!)

 

After reading that Blog I am starting to think the FBI has fewer "rounds" to get through. Is it a decent paying position?

 

AS per Indian standards it is very good...considering that salary for a fresher...

Even though i said that i have experience in SEO and PPC (particularly google), they said that people who were being taken for that positions will be considered as freshers only....

but just two years in that company and ......... O.M.G someone hold me....

 

Sorry, Can you explain what a "fresher" is?

 

A person with zero experience...a fresh graduate....

though i have two years of experience in marketing +SEO+PPC+internet markting.......

 

Ok Guys....it has been a very long time since i updated this...

after 7 months of nail biting wait and 12 rounds of interview...

I got the offer from Google for Adwords Representative...

I will be giviing out no more details other than this..

just the i am supposed to join on august 7th and my place of posting will be in Hyderabad, India.

 

will you share the Adwords Secrets? or you bound to secrecy by Google.

i will be out of my job the first day itself....

i will be visiting forums here ...more often than before...but no comments reg. offical work will be made here....i love digital point, cos it made me into a SEO man...and here is where i honed my PPC skills...
