Paypal commission. Need help

I have a personal verified paypal account. I have it for the past 7 or 8 months. I had no problems in receiving money.

From yesterday paypal has started deducting fee for the amount that i receive. why is this? I have not upgraded my paypal account. It is still PERSONAL VERIFIED. Kindly help me in this.

I could see that much amount of money is being lost as paypal commission. Is there any way to prevent this? Can i contact paypal and ask why they charge fee? The payment is not by debit or credit card. The payment type was INSTANT.

All these days i was not charged. But only from yesterday, i get this problem. So you mean to say that here onwards, i will be fully charged with their commission amounts? I write articles and i get paid for the same.

You have mentioned that even personal account members have to pay the fee. From when this was imposed? Because i never knew this. Sorry for my ignorance.

Yes. You need to pay fees for payment which you receive against your writing service.

Yes...you can receive payment under 'Personal' tab in your premier account too and you would not be charged any fees for the same, since personal transactions are considered as exchange of money between family and friends! :)
