How to check PR

hi,

As i have completed my first milestone, i.e. get top 10 ranking for any keyword i am now considering to go more indepth into other ways of building traffic to my site.

Can anyone give me some insight into this PR thing. I have heard a lots about it but don't know what exctly it is and how and what to do with it. How can i check my PR.

pagerank is one of the methods google uses to determine a page’s relevance or importance.

If your page rank is high it simply means that you are in the GOOD books of google. But it doesn't guarantee you to be in the top 10.

Usually PR comes handy, when you are planning to do link exchange, selling of links, ads etc. If your PR is high then the price is definitely high!

So lets put it this way, the MORE PR you have...the MORE prestige you have.
