Google just dumped my best keywords

I was ranking on page 1 for finance keywords and now no where, all links are built from white hat techniques.

Anyone no how to get the keywords to rank again.

it's probably due to an update.

Don't panic, just keep building your backlinks naturally and you should come back in no time

How long have they been out? You need to wait a couple of days.

If you are all white hat, then your site should return. However, if you did something blackhat, or against google guidelines, it's likely that you got hit by a penalty. Figure out what you did wrong, then file a Google reconsideration request.

If you're building too many links too fast and optimizing the same keyword all the time, this can happen.

You can get dropped back and it may take a long time to come back, plus any further attempts to get it back can make things worse.

This applies also especially if the niche is "spammy"....like finance.

Your websites are new and thus it's normal for new websites to rank high for a week or two and then disappear, just keep building links and add more relevant content and you'll be fine

I've heard of this, however never experienced it. Mostly just wait. Check to see if your site is still being indexed.

I'm in the same boat, no issues in Google's webmaster tools. I'll keep plugging away at backlinks, and hopefully it will correct itself.
