    Well, I can take the chance and guarantee a min PR3 and possible PR4 in the next update or not a refund will be given. Price is $65. Love to take the chance :)
    However if its a Google penalization not a lot can be done except you correct your site and ask for reconsideration. Google PR is not something definite and no one can guarantee but we can just try. Let me know if your interested and also PM me your URL to check if there is any prob with the site.
