this site has good adsense earning even though site is new
here is is adsense earning

but i don't put any of stats counter in my site
domain registered in namecheap
bid start from $50

 

Looking at the site, the script is available freely on warez.

Are these all game packs that you have added to the site too?

Not sure you will get a starting bid of $50 for it, even the domain is poor english so will rank poorly.

Wow, not a good tone for someone looking to sell and site and someone who was looking into it, well i think i can safely say that i am out.

For anyone else looking to purchase this site, you should be looking to add games regularly in order to keep content fresh and players returning.

I think you mean that i am careful when buying sites and look into them before i bid.

Its strange is it not that you offer a site that has a warez script on it and in an earlier auction that you held, you sold a proxy site that had links to your warez sites?

Oh and i will be contacting the licence holders of the script to check the credibility of your claim to buying the script legally otherwise they will have it closed down due to copyright infringement.
