1. I acquired two domains from an auction house, they has a pretty nice PR, i checked and verified with checkpagerank.net, but as soon as they came to my account.....PR went to unknown or forged. - How is this possible? - What do i do with them now? 2. One of my domains acquired PR 1, while i never built a site on it, never promoted, nothing, its just parked since i bought it. What could be answer to this?
I am not an Expert anyway I wil answer upto my knowledge.... Google will Reindex Dropping and expiring domain names... So the index page in the Google search would be deleted ... So only its showing FORGED.. But the backlinks remains same...!! Develope the website you MIGHT get back the rank Google bots will only Rank a website (human cannot because Everyday more than 100,000 Domains are newly registered...) and it (Google bots) wont check the contents...it will check only the backlinks... Content doesn't matter.. Eventhough someone say Duplicat contents will affect page rank But upto me its 100% wrong because I can show you 1000 Domains with page rank having full of Duplicate contents... ------------------------------ All the answers provided by me are upto my knowledge .. I am not 100% sure abt these answers....
1.Yes its possible its a fake PR.Which PR checker you use to check? 2.Is the domain is a dropped domain?It may acquire PR before it dropped.

Checkpagerank.net seems to have prob. This goes the same with checkpageranking.com. Maybe IP probs. Try some others http://domainpagerank.com http://checkpagerank.ws http://validrank.com/ About your PR1 parking, it will prob loose its pr soon in long term point of view. Google prob gave it the PR1 based on the valid backlinks still pointing to your site.
