    I have made a site about gaming... www.gamerz-forum.com . Well the first month is now over and I look at the stats.

    500 Uniques

    I have done no advertiseing at all. Most of the people come from my signatures i guess. But I ask random members how they heard about us and one of them said from a IRC channel. He said one of the people there told him that we had a tutorial there about something and he went. Now he is a active member. So custom content does help? Tell me what you think please. Thanks

    But there are no listings on google :( or other engines. There are like 6 on msn.

    Nice design. It looks like you are starting to build some solid content. If you are patient the backlinks will eventually flow and you will see SE traffic. If you aren't you might consider a little link development.

    To promote your site you need to advertise it on other websites about similar themes. If you can get links to your site from relevant sites then you will start to rank higher in the search engines.
