Process of Currency Conversion in Banks

    Well, I wanna know that whats the process of currency conversion in Indian Banks.:rolleyes:
    How much time do they take?
    For example-- If I have a check of $500, How will they give it to me in INR? :confused:

    Not sure but as far as i know you'll get funds in your bank account in INR after 20-25 days after 250 to 400 INR their charges. You can check this with your bank for current charges and time for this process.

    you are indian right ?

    and yes they will give u according to the current foreign exchange rates, they take dollars and all currency for less and sell for more, bank monopoly:mad:
