    This guy is ready to buy my website but he wants me to transfer the domain first, is it ok? Coz he is banned and he says that bans are regular on DP.heres his profile:

    I'll say that first he should pay 50% of your website price and than you'll give him the domain and after that he'll pay the rest of 50%.

    ask him to pay first via pp....and you can hold money for 1 day and give him domain...and if he charge backs you can show the proof to paypal.

    It definitely smells fishy. paypal is really not a good processor to use in domain sales. Use https://www.escrow.com

    It's better if you use escrow services so that its better for both of you even it involves any small charges but its always better thn a great loss :)

    only use escrow while buying and selling website do not trust him here ppl eat 1$ and 500$ is big amount.
