Does .html or static pages affects the Google Oraganic traffic?

    Hi All,

    I am doing seo for my site riksanbud.no which is having organic traffic before a month around 1000 but after addittion of the .html static pages it has increased to more than 6500. But now it from the last 2-3 weeks it progress rate has decliened.

    Does anybody here why it is happning and help me out to keep on growing.

    ys static pages have good effect in result.

    Well nowadays what ppl do is using mod rewrite make html act as php so i would say its same

    Thats is absolutely right .html pages are always good for SEO aspects.
    Even if you are using wordpress, still you can get .html pages with plusing like wp-super cache.

    I think that page extensions do not matter much these days. Pages with .php extension can rank as high as pages with .html extension.

    Your site is new right?

    You should keep updating your site's content and also try to get some solid and quality backlinks. For new site, organic traffic increases and decreases all the time. In order to get stable organic traffic, you will have to keep updating your site plus you will need some solid backlinks.

    NO - Files extension won't affect your search engine ranking. PERIOD

    It's all about Back Links, the more and better your website have the better the ranking ;)

    static pages have Advantages before,I think there r no differents than Dynamic pages
