    My customer tried to pay me but he is GETTING

    The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.

    He tried DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD and ALSO WALMART VISA PREPAID card.

    But all failed.

    what to do ?

    You got problem with your processing software or the customer is entering wrong numbers. You should check them. If you can talk to the customer over the phone, get the number and try it yourself.

    Customer gave me the PREPAID card number and I tried but it shows me the same error.

    1) Customer tried with 3 cards, debit and credit card

    2) All didnt work, he went to walmart and paid 338$ and got prepaid visa card and tried that but same error. He gave me the card number and when I tried , its same.

    It is better to contact the Paypal support to determine what exactly is causing the problem. Several cards not being accepted is not common and so there has to be something that is amiss here, either with the procedure you are following or with the cards themselves!

    Paypal is working just with some credit card.For example in my country is working only with VISA ELECTRON,issued by just one bank.Other VISA ELECTRON cc from other bank doesn't work.

    When I send the merchant link to the customer , he sees INDIA as country.

    1) How to change it to USA ?

    2) Can India be a problem while processing the card ?

    Its just because your buyer don't want to pay you and thats why he is just saying that its not working and also he gave you wrong cc numbers. :p
    Its so simple and you are asking it here. :D
    Just tell your buyer that its his problem that why isn't anything working.

    You meant to say he gave me wrong prepaid card numbers ?

    Prepaid works with paypal ?

    But he himself called me thrice from his cell phone and his wife already placed an order with us for some product 1 month back.

    Try contacting paypal. I recently had a error on their website and the paypal customer service had to manually fix it.

    Hey, no need to worry. The Problem is prepaid card, paypal does not accepting. For Me too, It happened before. Dont need to worry.

    Just use other merchant software and it works.

    Paypal accepts only general credit cards and it never accepts and debit card from India and in certain countries, the prepaid credit cards and cards like Payoneer card are never accepted by Paypal. The error it shows indicates that Paypal is unable to process the current card and its asking you to provide only a credit card, its a common error
