Is google adsense allowed in sites displaying youtube videos

I am running a site for the last 2 months. In some sections of my site i display youtube videos along with other unique text content. Recently google rejected my adsense request. I understood from their reply that my domain should be atleast 6 months old for the approval. But google has given the issue as 'Unacceptable site content'. So i am bit confused over whether the displaying of youtube videos have anything to do with the rejection. I am sure that all the other contents of my site are unique and original. Please leave your suggestions on this.

when a person from the adsense team comes and looks at your blog there should be some text in the homepage especially and also text along with the videos;then it is fine !!but if it has only videos then that would be bad and would be rejected.hope i made it clear.

 

Do i need any special permission for adsense if i am displaying youtube videos in my site?

Adsense will let you run ads on that kind of sites but you will not like it... their gonna pay 0.01 per click.... never more then 0.05.

But i am displaying youtube videos only in some sections of my site. I have other contents without youtube videos. also more content is coming without using them. In that case what will be the cpc.
