    Hey all,

I'm providing content to alot of people on DP now, and have been quite a few article marketing campaigns. This has inspired me to do the same.

Potentially i'm looking at pushing 'How to Build a Chicken Coop' which i am promoting on www.poultrypages.com, my question is, how many articles should i be churning out!?

As many as it takes......More specifically depends on how many sales and traffic you want. The more you write the better traffic and sales. For starters write like 1-10 a wk that will be good enough to get the ball rolling.

Also let me add, throw a squidoo lens and hubpages on it as well if you haven't done that already!....OH Yeah, I noticed you have google adsense on your site, like all over it. You know that's going to kill your clickbank sales, right?

I don't ever have adsense on any CB landing page or site because you're going to lead potential buyers for the Clickbank product to another site from the adsense. Got it.

    cheers!

First off all take off all the adsense ads you might distract your customers..

This chicken coop niche has pretty low competition so you might be looking at some nice stats..

Don't know how it converts though.

Pop 10 articles daily and see how it goes.

~~> post your articles to blogger, hubpages, squidoo and ezinearticles.com ... And start bookmarking them. Rinse and repeat ..

I would say to keep Adsense because his traffic is not very targeted for that book
I remember I saw once a book on general chicken care..thats the kind of book you should promote on that site..

I'm definately with Petyard on this.

My main google search is 'Chicken breeds' and then alot of sub searches (none that include chicken coop).

I initially put the clickbank product on, instantly writing 5-10 targetted articles and got a few sales.

i get 1 sale (average a week) but have recently moved the advert from where adsense is, to be central as it is now. We did this 4 days ago and have had two sales since then, $40.

Adsense is about $130.00 a month and thats an average of the last 9 months, so i can't really see the benefit of removing this, especially as adsense hasn't decreased, but the clickbank sales have. I'm going to look at pushing 3 articles a week out - as i'm bogged down with article orders at the mo.

    Thanks for the advice though!

Any ideas re: clickbank or affiliate products for stevengerrard.info - makes probably $40-50 combined (adsense/Tla/Linkworth/amazon) so would be prepared to ditch any income streams if there was the potential for more revenue. UV is at about 8k a month.

You don't need so many. You can always have some few and then rewrite them often.
