[WTB] Offshore Webhosting

    I am looking for an offshore webhosting..
    The price for me is not a problem if webhosting is good itself.
    The things it MUST have :

    At least 25GB Space
    At least 100GB Bandwidth
    At least 10+ SQL Databases
    Unlimited Mail Accounts.
    PHP 4 or 5 (5 would be better)
    cURL
    cPanel (Or whatever you have)
    Warez Linking Allowed
    Nulled Scripts Allowed
    XXX Picture/Video Linking Allowed
