I was surprised to find these domain names were not taken.

    1. What are they worth?
    2. What are ways to increase their value without devoting a lot of time?

With elder scrolls 5 coming out soon I would think they should be worth something. I work a lot of hours while going to school so there's a pretty limited amount of time that I can invest into developing them. That said, I'm sure I can devote some time. Any input/tips?

Ederscrolls IV: Oblivion came out in 2006. By 2007 over 3 million copies were sold. It was rated role playing game of the year in a few magazines.

How does that work? Does person A owning the name "elderscrolls" mean that person B can't own a website with that name?

You'd have to create a top notch fan site on it to make it worth anything and avoid trademark issues id think

Pretty much..there was a similar issue with another game related URL...I think it was Starcraft4.com or something like that. Since it's a TM, you would never be able to do anything with the URL that relates to that game.
