Is Wordpress.org down? Need the 2.8 installation package

Hello,

I was wondering, is Wordpress.org down, or is it only my computers having some problem? I've already tried to access the website for 2 hours but nothing.

I need the 2.8 installation to try out the new features. If anyone has it, can you please send it over to me?

Wordpress site is loading up perfectly fine for me.
If you are from China, be informed that the government there has banned several prominent sites and WP could be one of them!

Thanks for your replies. I'm not from China, but from the Balkans. It seems the problem are my ports, i've been messing with them earlier.
