    I don't currently run one but I do plan on creating one in the future that is related to health and weight loss. Right now, I am focusing mainly on building up my current weight loss/health website and marketing it all around the web. I'd like to gain somewhat of a community for my website before I go ahead and create a forum.

    This way, if I were to promote the forum on my website, my visitors would already have trust in my website and therefore would be much more willing to take part in my forum.

    I run (sic)shooters, a forum where people can do album, concert, movie, alcohol, pub and club reviews. There are also general discussion boards and a section where people can advertise their own forums.

    My forum is do follow, it has a PR and it does have active members.
    It is not yet two months old, but is getting 120-200 new posts a day. :)

    would be great if people would actually talk about how much traffic their forums are getting and how active it is. i'm curious because a lot of people talk about having them but they never reveal the numbers so it makes me wonder if i should bother to start a forum myself
