webthosting problems anyone

ive had my hosting offshore for 3weeks i think now hosting warez files and i paid for a mth infront aswell which showing i havent paid on the invoice and also my site saying suspended and i left a ticket and still no reply of the reason why its been cut off was working fine about 30min ago

anyone else have this problem getting suspended

I myself suspended your account after seeing a strange nature in the bandwidth graphs. It shows you are using around 70MBPS continuously.

 

Why do people waste time here posting support questions for other businesses? This is one of the most ridculous threads I've ever seen..... What a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!

They dont have to if they dont have money back.

If you are using 70mbps then thats not really fair to other users.

 

That is fair usage, on a gigabit port. That's 70/1000 or 7% of it's network utilization.


I defend the OP, just sounds like WebtHosting doesn't want to stand up to their 'unlimited'

but i should get a refund as the due payment date wasnt till 23rd of this mth so i paid early

70mbps isnt alot from there 1GBPS how is that unfair more like hes limited on connection speed or usage

 

what is strage it was working and after i paid it today it went off line a few min later

I believe he should prorate a refund and give you your files if he no longer wants to host your website(s).

 

Prorate what 3 bucks? How much could you be out? We're not talking about hundreds of dollars here are we?

 

While I partially agree, any host that offers unlimited should have to stand up to it even when they get a high bandwidth customer, like the OP.
