I got banned from adsense for no reason, I made 100% I followed the ToS and I did!

    I got this email:

    What should I do next?

This is not that uncommon. Just look through the forum here, or pretty much anywhere on the net. Same thing happened to me. I appealed, and was turned down.

I sent several messages, with only "canned" responses from them. I got no answers what so ever. I was so PO'd that I even had my attorney send them a letter to deternine why the account was disabled.

It has been about 45 days now... still no response even with an attorney involved.

I gave up. I'll be the first to say what everyone else will tell you. Just move on to a different program from someone else.

there are always a reason maybe not you or your site. could be in which I think is a lot for sites being banned is the mood that they are in when going over accounts this idiot could have had a bad day and they took it out on you. Have you had a bad day at times and snapped at someone for no apparent reason most of us do I think this is what happens alot I could be wrong it's just my opinion.

although i have no way to know this as fact, i think the "significant risk to advertisers" may be from reports/complaints/conversion data from Adwords users.

    Well, thats sad.:(
Google Adsense keeps checking all the websites and when they get a single error or problem then ban us.
BUt we need not to worry about it. :) Just try other companies.

The idiot at Google also had to fulfill his "rejection" quota to show he is working hard (just like in the government).

If you look at the link in the email you received, the page goes on and on about invalid clicks.

So if you plan to try again with AdSense in the future, using a new ID and account, protecting yourself against invalid links is the way to go. Try Binging "protect from invalid clicks".

You can try and appeal but almost no accounts get reinstated. It's just a waste of time, especially now that Google are understaffed and all actions requiring human intervention are delayed.

You can try to appeal for the decision by contacting Google mentioning how to appeal from the decision. Good luck with that. In many case, publishers have to look for AdSense alternatives.

lol, the site in your signature has links to copyrighted full-length movies. Did you even read the TOS before you placed your adsense code? Adsense doesn't ban sites without a reason.
