    simple but you have a good look for mobilers. The ads not appear as ads and you can take advantage from this.

    i noted that your Adsense ads are not being shown as ads. you can get benefit of this and take a time for SEO.
    Your website is taking too much time to open, correct this error

    Nice site.....first words I noticed "Google" in the header some of us are adsense blind...so could be a bit of a turn off.

    You know you have 7 seconds to catch you viewers attention before they disappear.....otherwise CLIck and they go

    yes i also noted that its loading slow and its cause of i m using link referal and link swarm on it + many ads on my first page
    but my other pages are loading fast

    Sruniti is right... The background looks a little untidy.
    If would be good if you have a light blue shade in the background and change your fonts too.
