Yes you can withdraw amt even if your account is Unverified, but withdrawal amt should be less than $500.
The maximum sending limit for a non verified user is 100$, then how will a verified user help out there?

Did u pay anyone till today? If u have paid 100$ till now overall, then u cant send the money to anyone now, and u can just withdraw the amount by cheque. Accepting from CC has no interference in this.
Then you still have 100$ sending limit to other paypal holders. And u have 500$ withdrawal limit. Try to withdraw.
Just to clarify the whole thing - The paypal withdrawal varies from Country to Country. On some country you cannot withdraw money from paypal unless you add a US Bank account. So which country are you from? Just to answer the person who opened the thread -->> Since you are saying that you have only SOME money left, why don't you use it to buy service on the Internet? [However I strongly discourage everyone to Accept payment from unverified Paypal accounts, because if paypal finds out that the account is fraudulent, Both the Sender, and Receiver's account will be frozen!! ] All the money inside in BOTH accounts will be LOCKED and UNMOVEABLE. You can verify your paypal using any credit/debit card. But You have to add the card first, then they will take off a small amount from your card and will write a unique 4 -6 digit number on your card statement. You have to input that number to verify your account. After verification they will put back the amount. This is just a standard procedure by paypal to verify that you are the actual cardholder! And easy process of taking the money out would be to SEND the money to another person (Who can actually withdraw money from paypal)
One more question? Is it possible to get verified with ICCI Banks Debit Card (Since it has Visa logo) Or SBI's Debit Card (Maestro)??
wow! thats strange! paypal should have some small limit for india too. what happened to that 100$ limit for unverified accounts. @tweety: anyway why are you taking so much pain. just go to citibank or icici and get a new account with credit card. this account will come handy when you wish to deposit that adsense check.
