gworld, no. They do not openly carry their weapons. As usual wrong? At least I don't have to resort to personal attacks and quoting things out of context to get my point across. The fact of the matter is, you have no idea what you're talking about.

If they were considered lawful combatants, something would have been done about them long long ago. Again, good try. Come see me when you have something substantial to say instead of trying to prove your point with mis quoted statements and partial facts.

If they were war criminals something would have been done to them long ago. You can keep calling people war criminals, but, the fact is, there is no evidence of this, which is why no one has appeared in Geneva.

    Keep grasping strawman.

The only Canadian still in Guantanamo bay is accused of shooting at American soldiers in Afghanistan, are you saying that he was shooting while hiding his weapon?
As usual you are the one who don't know what you are talking about but it is good that you accepted that Bush administration has declared real POW as "unlawful combatant" against Geneva convention. ;)

That is the reason most people in Bush administration don't dare to travel outside of USA and USA refused to extradite government employees to Germany and Italy for trial.

Without the strength of U.S. military there would be no difference between Bush/Cheney and the other war criminals from former Yugoslavia and Rwanda but unfortunately they have the US military strength to protect them from justice.

THe Europeans countries failed miserablely in protecting the safe havens in Bosnia. Interesting at the Srebrenica massacre there was a unit of Greeks called the Greek Volunteer Guard.

How is that remotely related to what I posted?
Are you saying that because Europeans failed to stop the massacre in Bosnia, they should also close their eyes to war crimes committed by Bush administration?

Bush is/was guilty as hell. He should personally fry for his crimes. Obama on the other hand, is dropping bombs in the name of righteousness. The dead civilians and enemy combatants at his hands that we as a planet should acknowledge as the price of freedom!

The US has reached an agreement with Palau to send 17 Uighurs there in exhange for $200 million dollars.

The truth comes out. :D The US has gone to war on behalf of Muslims 7 times over the last 20 years. The Europeans love talking smack in the cafes. When are they going to resolve the genocide in Dafur?

Still how is your posts related to war crimes committed by Bush administration? Are you saying because of U.S.A has done good in other areas, the world should close their eyes to crimes committed by Bush administration? Can you tell me what is the difference between torturers in Dafur, Bosnia and Americans in Bush administration and why some of them should be punished while others should go free?

Ahh, gworld's hypocracy at it's best. Saying something to someone about going a tad off topic when you yank threads so far off topic it isn't even recognizable.

How is it off topic, is it because you have no answer?

The criminals in Bush administration fooled the American public to believe that committing war crimes is an acceptable way of waging war and now the same war criminals take it one step further and suggest to actually execute prisoners of war without any trial and as a matter of convenience.
It seems while many Americans have waken to discover the true nature of Bush administration and war crimes committed by it, the most degenerates in American society still praise their leader and wish to continue with his criminal ways.

You think his childish behavior is bad here? You should see him in the DMOZ forums?

We ought to open up a support group category in the forums for him.

    No you simpleton.

The abortion topic you yanked off topic. Forget that? And then someone here says something and you jump down their throat. Again, hypocracy at its finest.

And just because one person says something does not make it the official position of the former administration. Apparently you have some issues you need to come to terms with. They have group therapy sessions out there that I hear work loads. Maybe you should think about getting into one.

And gworld, where is the evidence that the Bush administration advocated committing war crimes? If there is just so much gosh darn evidence of it, why aren't they being prosecuted for it?

You know, slander is against the law, and people can sue you for it. But, I guess when you have the IQ of a house plant you tend not to think things completely through.

Some of my plants are actually smarter than that. Some of them find their own way to water and light. Some of them eat flies.

The thing to understand about Julian is he is just another angry person living under the protective shield of the US of A. Without us, he'd cease to exist, and that really bothers the hell out of him.

    LOL. :D

I understand that you are angry since after all your claims about your experience and knowledge about military law, I just showed that you are just another idiot that doesn't know what he is talking about. ;)

There is more than enough evidence about war crimes committed by Bush administration, unfortunately in this case, the criminals have the world biggest army to protect them.

I hear that the Obama is shipping out Uighurs for cash. I'll take a couple for $5 million. They can live in my basement :D

Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank are pressing to release gay Abu Ghraib photos. The measure was attached to a war funding bill.

The release of the photos can only add more fuel to the fire. Barry Obama has blocked release of the photos. However, Plelosi and crew are on a moonbat mission.
