Here is my review of the service.

The comments are OK. The English is a little broken and whilst the comments relate to the thread they do not necessarily make sense. I have seen a lot worse though and they may make it past future moderation.

PR looks good on the sites. Links appear to be OK, and there are very few comments on the pages so far. It is early days so I do not know how long these links will last.

Communication with Blackparl is good. If the links stick around then this is a useful service. Remember his thread states that you may get 2 links from one site in your package. I will rate the service 8/10 for now, if the links are still there in 2 months time then it will be worth the money.
