Does Palestine really need anyone "taking care" of them? Honestly. If the shitbags who drop tons of bombs on women and children left, would there really be any problems?
IMO if a country is given soverignty outside nations should not be able to dictate whether or not they have an armed forces. However, we can all agree that they will never pose a risk of invasion to Israel even if they raised one. I can see limiting it in an amount of years, say 10 years, to allow for the Palestinians to gain some economic prosperity and actually get an economy going. But permanently? Thats a recipe for disaster, and I wouldn't want some country trying to say that to the US, so I can not justify doing it to them. However, isn't this what they supposedly want? A free state recognized by all? Imad, the USA was mentioned first in 1776 in the Declaration of Independance...as these United States.
this sounds like a very good idea. it seems to be a compromise to satisfy most people specially the people that are truly interested in peace.
