Don't worry... just wait for the payout period to get over... if the leads are valid you should automatically get your payment... anyway its your referal who has got these leads & you are getting paid cause of his signups so you do not need to worry at all... if the leads are not valid, the payout will anyway be cancelled..

I would request the money. Who knows, you might get it? And I am not sure what the laws are in your country, but AFF is in the Bay Area (california)
