This is unbelievable. As the above user pointed out they all must be invalid clicks.Probably clicked by just a single ip in about 58 seconds ? .

the clicks are not counted..try to get U.S website visitors to avoid this problem. as google will not count some IP's from china..

How do you know for sure the clicks are from China ?? Cos your case can have a lot of other probabilities as well..
It could be just a normal case of invalid clicks..

Looks like google tagged them as invalid clicks to me. Best to contact google immediately - if they are registering as invalid clicks your adsense account may be at risk of being banned.

chinese ad got lower price, usually chinese 1% clicks rate is for 0.5~0.7 ecpm; english 1% clicks rate is for 1.2~2.3ecpm...

the images u show to us, is a account that got a lot of invalid click, these mean click frauds...

I think Google had blacklist Chinese IP because of general stereo type of Chinese people.

Nonesense, I have some Chinese clicked my ads and I got the earnings and the payment, what are your reasons for saying so?

That guy got no earnings for his clicks might be:
-Is your content in English, if yes, why all Chinese clicked on your ads? And how do you know that? I would suspect that you direct low quality traffic to your site diliberately for earnings, that is: cheat. You are lucky that you have not got banned.
    -Are the ads displayed PSA?

My advice: Do not blame the Chinese for your own stupid faults.
