How to whitelist block website?

    I have a router but there's no option to block website and now I wanna block all websites except yahoo (whitelist). I tried opendns but there's no whitelist option either. What else can I do?
    I have 40 PCs in the network, so I don't wanna set any block-software on each PC...

    You can setup proxy for your network or try to do something on the router
