Ireland keeps up all its tricks and talent for the world cup shows...:D
Even in the WC 07 (ODI) , they made Pakistan leave at the group stage itself..

It can be happened! After Hayden, Gilchrist, Warne and McGrath retired from international cricket, Aus face a big problem with performance. I don't know what will happen after Ponting, Hussy and Symonds retired.
They only have Michel clarke with good performance. :D

Every team has its share of ups and downs...and Aussie cricket team is just passing through its share of valley after staying at the top for a long time.

Several good cricketers retired almost at the same time, creating a vacuum. Remember, these are the situations where young faces will get a chance now, who will eventually go on to make a formidable team of the future! :)

Sri Lanka eliminated Australia from the ICC World Twenty20 with a six-wicket victory at Trent Bridge. Kumar Sangakkara played a captain's innings to lead them across the line, with an over to spare, as they chased 160 after Tillakaratne Dilshan sparked the pursuit with an innovative 53 off 32 balls. Australia were set back by a magnificent display from Ajantha Mendis, who bamboozled with his variations, and although the match went to the final over Sri Lanka always held the edge to book their Super Eights berth.

The six Jehan Mubarak hit off Lee's last ball in the 17th over probably made the difference.

And well done Ireland- the O'Briens were wonderful.

We saw talents of Dilshan in IPL, Nowadays he is the attacking player in SL team. He can play under pressure.
    I like his boundaries. 4 4 4 4 4 4 ... Great to see..... :D:D

Yeah, this will be the combination, WI also have great chance. Not sure about NZ.

We can't depend on 1 six, let see how many sixes in final overs in Aus innings.
By considering whole match, SL players were leaded at every time.
Mendis faced first match with Aus, He braked middle order. Aus players couldn't identify his magic.
I like to see a test match between SL vs AUS :p

Do or die situation for Pakistan today.. :p

Who'd have thunk it, that Pakistan and Netherlands would be taking on each other in a group game in which Pakistan might do and still die? Such has been the way with this strangest of groups but clarity has now emerged. Netherlands, to progress and thus consign Pakistan to a fate they seem worryingly resigned to, can afford to lose, but by no more than 24 runs. If Pakistan chase, then they must do so with roughly three overs to spare.

I think each and every over is important in 20-20 matches.
