You can get traffic at your forums by buying signatures,avatars throughout other forums, announce various contests such as higher thread starter-hightest poster-highest referral contest etc. DON.

buy a very nice .com domain, upload loads of flash games in it, add streaming videos, pay people in forums to get signature links
