My site is down in Google SERPS.. need serious help please..!!

HI guys my websites http://www.pharmaexpressrx.com and http://www.trustpharma.com were almost on top in google for all my keywords like kamagra, caverta and all but now suddenly last month Pharmaexpress is gone form 1st page and to my shock last Saturday trustpharma is also gone. even i can't see my site in first 10 pages. i DON'T KNOW why this happenes to me,am having lot of backlinks too.Is this happening to anybody else.!! am in serious trouble,guys need help..!! Please any suggestion or advice. Thanks in Advance

Its probably a duplicate content issue with some of your content.
I did a search "on the most effective generic drugs for treatment of Erectile Dysfunction in men. These generic" which is an extract of your site and 13 other sites came up.
Make your content unique and you should be back up high in searches!

Buddy is duplicate content is the serious issue? What if someone copy my content every time, i don't think it down for this issue

 

I would remove some instances of the keywords from each page of your site. When SEO first became popular, the best way to get to the top of the SERPs was to cram keywords in every page. The search engines are turning away from favoring keyword-dense pages and focusing more on LSI (latent semantic indexing). I've had excellent results in optimizing some of my older articles by removing some of the keywords from them. One article was ranked at #4, but I removed all but two instances of the keyword within the content and left the keyword in the title tag and meta description. The article is now #1 and is getting about 1,600 page views per month as opposed to just a few hundred page views per month.

You should also look into duplicate content issues, as mentioned by the poster above.

It might be because of the copied content or you did something spam.

 

did you participate in link exchange programs or Link farms kind of stuff.

page speed and too much advertising on the site can also have some bearing
