Site problem

    When i do not type "www" with my site, it can brouse, but when i type "www.mysitename.com" it would not open.
    What is the problem, please?

    DNS issue is usually the cause. Perhaps the A record for WWW is not correct. You can check your dns health here:

    It seems that WWW record is not set properly or it is missing. You will need to either set A record for WWW or you can also set CNAME for WWW.

    Set it up via your WHM or control panel provided by your webhost.

    you may need to contact your webhost provider to get the dns record properly setup.
