I figure everyone is outsourcing their web design to India since the wages there are between 3 to 10 dollars US a day, so where can I find an Indian web designer to help me design my web page cheap instead of getting a guy from the states that charges 40 dollars an hour.

Hi ! I would say that you are mislead or wrongly informed like many others. Being in this industry for the last seven years I am confident that you can't find such low . An average designer would cost you something around US$ 8-10 per hour and this goes up as you get more professional designers. Also remember " Out sourcing to India is economical not Cheap "

Sorry if I've been so rude comparing our agents with freelancers. By comparing, I meant that we can work full-time on any assigned tasks. Once the agent is leased from us by a client, the client has the sole responsibility nw over the agent. We have no right to give the agent to other clients for more income. We're over here, guys.
