With bad ad placement, profit sharing, and the bulk of the visitors being from outside the US... I'd say they're probably only making 1-2K, 5K at most a month.
Reportedly it was around $80K a month at one time. Now I am not sure what the figure is but I am sure it will be around that.
I remember some older article about the top Adsense earners online that said DP makes like 15k a month, but that was an old article.

It is futile to make such guesses as nobody is actually aware of the number of clicks DP manages to get from visitors and members...unless someone from adsense or even Shawn obliges...
