    Question is not about your earning but how google perceives it.if it feels the ctr is too high it becomes alert abt click fraud...ask them in google forum they may help you better..

    i think the websites selling traffic like trafficzap uses illigal or blackhat method to supply traffic for buyers. so most of the ad network it is unwelcomed

    I think, If you use get traffic from some more automated softwares Google or other search engines will ban you, I had the same experience @ the intial work with my old site. After that, I am using more manual methods to promote my site and getting more traffic too :p Try to get traffic manually, I am sure, you will rock after sometimes.......:)

    Adsense never ban if it is genuine Revenue for your site. You made it in blogger . In blogger it`s too difficult to get traffic suddenly without blackhat. so adsense put close attention on your site. They may be found contradiction methods regarding seo on your site. If your site traffic is genuine you need not to bother.
