an advice: don't gamble! you will loose everything. Anyway paypal don't allow gambling you can buy an ebook for making money. or just keep the $20 and try to get more.
Easy choice - withdraw the 20 bucks, call up some friends, and enjoy the sunny weather. If you're a return-on-investment kind of guy, return the bottles/cans for the deposit ;-)
