Software to manage webdirectory submits

Hello,


I want to submit my sites manual to webdirectories, but use some tool to manage the sites and where i already submit, which listed me, etc...
Instead of writing it all down in WORD

 

I think excel is the way to go as you are doing it manually, if you manually enter it in excel or openoffice spread sheet, your submissions do appear clean than in word

 

There is a firefox plug-in floating around the net that allows this..Search for it.
