Hello, On 2nd June i received a mail from paypal stating that they suspected a bad transaction and a third party login and they locked my account. The Resolution Center Showed the following : I emailed them saying i am totally aware of any circumstances and asked them to unlock it. There lousy reply was, - We've forwared to some department, action will be taken shortly. I am not sure, If i will be able to add a vcc to this account. Should i call them out? Or Try a vcc? Will a vcc get verified with the limitations in the account? I need help unlocking this account. I will be thankful if someone can help. I am ready to pay whoever helps me out. Thanks.
Was this a unverified paypal a/c ? And VCC are not allowed by paypal , if ever they asked you to produce a card statement you will never be able to produce that with vcc , so try getting a cc. Thats my suggestion else you can go for vcc too but its risky now a days
You need to do all actions paypal require then it will consider to remove your limitation. That's to say you had better add your own credit card or a vcc.
I think for a quick and proper response you need to call them on their phone contact. Let them know of this issue and they suggest you further to remove limitations from your account. DON.
one Question What is the address you have added? is it your own address? or any other ? i might be able to help if you added USA Address
